The SPA Doctor is responsible for aesthetic clinic and non-surgical rejuvenating cosmetic procedures and products. Will advise and provide a tailored-made service for our guests, providing and achieving natural and refreshed looks. Works alongside the SPA team, ensuring to provide an integral treatment in order to maximize SPA revenue and achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNT-ABILITIES
•Ensures safe and high-quality guest care
•Conducts patient consultations whereby effectively informing and educating guests about specific aesthetic concerns;
•Provides friendly and effective post-treatment follow up where necessary, ensuring the desired results;
•Promotes the selling of medical aesthetic products and treatments, delivering outstanding guest service;
•Maintains complete and accurate medical records as per policies;
•Ensures constant machinery and stock supervision, according to the Company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
•An internationally recognized university Diploma in Medical General practice;
•A valid license practice registration;
•At least 3 years’ of post-graduate experience in General Practice;
•At least 1 year of proven hands-on solid practice as a Cruise Ship SPA Doctor;
•Basic Life support (BLS) certificate;
•Certification related to and prior experience performing Aesthetic Medicine procedures;
•MSc in Aesthetics and Antiaging is an advantage;
•Proficient speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, a fluent level in 1 or more of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Chinese, is a plus;
•Strong communication skills;
•Ability to work well under pressure.

Under the supervision of the On board Revenue Director, the SPA Manager is responsible for the operation and performance of the SPA, Gym and facilities as well as managing and motivating the On board SPA Team to maximize SPA revenue and achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

•Oversees SPA, Gym and facilities and day-to-day operations;
